Two Hands is a startup creating a protein marketplace that digitally connects fishers and farmers directly with high-end restaurants and consumers using the blockchain.  They are working to reinvent the supply chain by eliminating middlemen and optimizing traceability, food safety and authenticity. After getting funded by various investors local to Australia they began to seek international investment in late 2019.

I was approached by the Head of Marketing to overhaul their brand identity, create a website that would help them land meetings with potential investors and redesign their pitch deck.

The website, identity refresh and pitch deck were used to secure meetings with investors in the US, China, Japan and Taiwan. Our strategy workshop was able to align three digital products with different leadership under the same vision to ensure priorities during their end of year raise. Two Hands also ended up adopting several of our project management strategies internally. News coverage in Forbes China and inquiries about the technology visualizations from other blockchain engineers within Australia.
